Todays service was A+ more. I was greeted with great hospitality. I had 18 XRays done which was done with gentleness. Afterwards I had the opportunity to review the images and both the hygienist and the Dentist both thoroughly explained the work needed. I left with a plan of action and that was most pleasing. Upon exiting the receptionist took me into a private area to discuss the action plan again to insure understanding of the process and payment options which a are set up so that financially it isn’t a strain. I was able to book my appointment to begin my dental treatment plan of action and I’m excited about that too! Today I received exceptional care. This is what servitude is. This dental office truly exceeded my expectations. I was surprised when I was able to schedule an appointment easily on Zocdoc, and even more so when I was able to get in the next day for a broken molar. The X-ray process was quick and painless, thanks to Nayi's expertise. And Kristina, the office manager, was incredibly helpful in explaining my procedure and answering my billing questions. The customer service provided by Jess over the phone about my insurance was top-notch. Maggie, my hygienist, was gentle, efficient, and thorough during my cleaning. I have been coming to Ace Dental for about two years now. Christina office manager and Dr. Cobb is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Christina is the face of the office and her personality is LIGHT & PLEASANT!! Dr. Cobb he is the prime example of professionalism and excellence. He double checks the assistant to make sure the work is right, he advises with professional expertise, and the end results are phenomenal!!!! I come all the way from NEW JERSEY for Dr. Cobb to work on my teeth. I was going for a cosmetic look and that's exactly what he's giving me. From someone who has an extreme fear of the dentist, this was a pleasant experience. I found them and requested a same day appointment through Zocdoc and they responded promptly and got me in the door within a few hours. They gave me all the info and forms I needed before I came in via text message. I had severe pain and needed a root canal. They were able to complete it same day and I expressed my anxiety with the dentist and they were all so pleasant. They checked on me and explained everything they were doing and kept me calm the entire procedure. My Dr. was Dr. Cobb and he was very gentle, thorough, and efficient. Ace Dental team at Norcross has been absolutely delightful and professional in treatment and services provided. We truly appreciate the patience, care, and information. Fanny, at the front desk, always welcomes everyone cheerfully, and is quick to provide any help and information. She also assisted professionally in the finance applications.Tabbi and Maggie are outstanding hygienists. Throughout treatment, they provided great care, patience, educative information as well as translation. Dr. Robinson was kind, and adamant about providing superior quality treatment results. I am so happy I chose Ace Family Dental in Norcross recently for my 2 extractions that I needed. Mary was very nice and professional upon my arrival, and introduced me to everyone that was going to be a part of the procedure. I can not remember her name but the dental hygienist was very calming and nice and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Sarmast was very informative and explained the procedure and answered all my questions before starting. I was a bit nervous upon my arrival but after everyones care and attention I left knowing I was in really good hands. I will recommend this place to friends and family! ~ Will N

5 stars from start to finish! My normal dentist has been closed because of Covid-19 and I haven’t been able to reach them to be seen about an injury I endured weeks ago. I found Ace Dental on ZocDoc and called to make an appointment. I was able to be seen the next day. All the staff was very friendly and thorough when I arrived making sure me nor other patients had any potential Covid-19 health issues. The dentist was pleasant as well despite him not being able to do much for me but he did refer me to an oral surgeon who may be able to assist me. I would like to send a special thanks to Sherika for her exceptional customer service when it came to getting me scheduled so quickly, her friendliness and welcoming spirit when I arrived, and making sure my referral was viable — not to mention what I could tell was genuine concern about me as a patient. My Dentist had retired a few weeks ago. I had been going to him for 26 years. Changing any long term doctor is emotional. This firm named ACE DENTAL CARE in Norcross on Steve Reynolds Blvd took his place. Oh my..... was I very apprehensive with all the new associates. I visited them an left my information. I was going to look at other Dentists. A few days latter a Doctor from ACE called me. We had a nice conversation. So I made an appointment. Well I've been twice an I am VERY PLEASE with my treatments. They take time to explain everything and are very nice.. I would highly recommend this firm. thanks Henry ~ Henry G

I was doubtful at first because I haven’t been to a dentist in year but these people reassured me and took very good care of me. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and would do it all again if I had to. These people are good…. I was ready to get an extraction and lose my tooth and suffer thru the pain like years before but they assured me that they could actually save my tooth and I said what ?? I told them yes by all means go for it and they saved my tooth and I left their office pain free… Now this is what a visit to the dentist office should be like no matter how much it cost… ~ Etop U

New to the office and will absolutely be returning! The staff is super friendly and absolutely incredible. Kristina pointed me in the right direction and gave me very detailed information on the procedures and after care. Dr. Sharmi and her assistant Nayi were also super sweet and very detailed as well, they gave me lots of insight and answered all my questions. I felt very welcomed, extremely pleased with my first visit & can’t wait to be back! The cherry on top was the cute and spooky decorations in the waiting room! Other than being an outstanding dental hygienist, Valerie at Ace Dental Care is kind, empathetic, and trustworthy human being. A true professional at what she does. She was thorough and sensitive to my needs when it came to my dental care. The front office space and examination room were very sanitary. All of the office personal took appropriate measures (PPE's) to ensure the safety of their patients, and my procedure was done in a timely manner. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and I couldn't have asked for a better DH. Can't stop rolling my tongue over my teeth! ~ Jason R

I brought my elderly FIL in for a cleaning today. Sherika (Front Desk) and Karen (hygienist) both went out of their way to make this a positive experience for my FIL, and by helping me. Sherika saw me pull up in my car, and I was struggling in the rain to get the wheel chair out of my car. Sherika magically appeared with an umbrella to help me! :). Karen did a fantastic job with the dental cleaning, and she walked us out to my car with an umbrella, and helped me get my FIL back into my car. Christina and doctor Cobb, both worked with me without frustration as I coped with my anxiety and nervousness over a molar root canal procedure which for folks like me which are claustrophobic is really an ordeal. They made me comfortable, calmed me down and just about every one in the office was super compassionate. Christina also followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and helped me understand the healing process from such a procedure. I would highly recommend this office for their integrity , professionalism and compassion to give them your business, because it is not just all about money for them, as is the case with many other establishments nowadays. And we need such good people in the medical profession. Thank you Dr Cobb, and Christina and all the others whom i still don't know by name. I went in as a new patient. The appointment was amazing. The dentist gave a great plan for my teeth. We begin immediately not 3 visits. I got X-rays and 4 quad deep cleaning all in the same day. I got my next appointment for cleaning in Dec. They understand my teacher's schedule The hygienist was easy not giving a lot of pain. She checked with me to make sure I was okay The Doc gave me several shots to numb my gums and he also applied medicine on the gum to different types. I never had this happen without an extra charge. I didn't feel any pain. Amazing staff! ~ Charlisa D

Today’s visit was great. I was looking for a new dental home, and I believe I have found the right place. From the customer service at the front desk with Ms. Daphne, to the dental assistant, Ms. Tabbi, everyone was welcoming and professional. To top it all off, Dr. Wells was very gentle and professional while working with my mouth. She explained everything she examined and made me feel comfortable about returning to get the work done. I have some upcoming procedures needed to be done and I went in today for a cleaning and consult. The staff here is top notch. I wish I could remember their names. A newer girl took my x rays and was so efficient and did great, the dentist explained everything they were going to do and made me feel comfortable, she was great and finally the lady who did a deep cleaning tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible and worked quickly and efficiently. Dr. Sarmast I would like to thank you & your staff for giving me my smile back . My friend's say my smile is my trademark , but I lost my big smile when my two upper front teeth were Chipped & had to be crowned . However , now I can open my mouth wide with dignity & show my new crowns , they look amazing. My husband, daughter and I have all been going to Dr. Oliver and team. Our daughter is Downs Syndrome, and can be quite a challenge when she is afraid. Dr. Oliver is absolutely fantastic with her and with us, and the staff is so good with our daughter that we have no problem letting her go inside alone during Covid-19 while we wait in the car. I had a tooth extracted when i first visited Dr. Oliver's office. The procedure went well. He was so gentle I didn't realize the tooth was out. I recently had a crown placed. The tooth was sensitive for a bit but once again Dr. Oliver was very gentle, thorough and precise. The sensitivity disappeared overtime and the tooth is doing well. I also had a good experience with the hygienist. My deep cleaning went well. She is also very thorough. All around good experience with this dentist office! ~ Cathy R

By far the best experience at any dentist since I’ve relocated from NYC, the staff are very efficient, caring making your experience amazing. The doctor was extremely competent, taking the time to explain any issues or questions that I may have after my examination. I would highly recommend any of the locations, my appointment was at the Norcross office. Looking forward to our next visit for my cleaning. Ok so my tooth was hurting for 2 whole days and I couldn’t find a dentist to do same day or one that have next day appointment for me to take out this tooth that was hurting like crazy, I found Ace Dental Care on Google and gave them a call. Christina was so helpful and sweet got me in same day and within 5 minutes I was there and in the chair. Get the tooth out was long, ( but that was how bad the tooth was) but the Dr was patient and got it out without breaking the tooth. 10/10 would definitely recommend and go back myself! ~ MsKingston20

I've always been terrified of going to the dentist, but this office completely changed my perspective.
