Todays service was A+ more. I was greeted with great hospitality. I had 18 XRays done which was done with gentleness. Afterwards I had the opportunity to review the images and both the hygienist and the Dentist both thoroughly explained the work needed.
I left with a plan of action and that was most pleasing. Upon exiting the receptionist took me into a private area to discuss the action plan again to insure understanding of the process and payment options which a are set up so that financially it isn’t a strain.
I was able to book my appointment to begin my dental treatment plan of action and I’m excited about that too! Today I received exceptional care. This is what servitude is. I’d highly recommend Ace Dental Norcross. Thank you!

The staff at this dental office are great and very attentive to me and my daughter on our visit. Dr. Wells, Miriam, Daphne & Kia we’re very warm & professional! My anxiety with going to the dentist is always high and their aura eased that. I had a Saturday appointment which they have available twice a month! My visit to the office was on my Birthday and they all gave me a Happy Birthday and a little extra special treatment. I’m a Leo and I Love attention & they delivered. Daphne was great at explaining my treatment plans and help me to prioritize my services. Sidebar; I wish the dental insurance companies would contribute more than they do. I swear they’ve been giving the same $1500 in benefits for over 10 years meanwhile the cost of dentistry has gone up.

This dental office truly exceeded my expectations. I was surprised when I was able to schedule an appointment easily on Zocdoc, and even more so when I was able to get in the next day for a broken molar. The X-ray process was quick and painless, thanks to Nayi's expertise. And Kristina, the office manager, was incredibly helpful in explaining my procedure and answering my billing questions. The customer service provided by Jess over the phone about my insurance was top-notch. Maggie, my hygienist, was gentle, efficient, and thorough during my cleaning. Dr. Cobb and his entire staff are truly the best in the business. If you're looking for a great dental experience, I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs!
